Kela is hiring an experienced commercial lawyer to advise business, procurement, operations and R&D teams. You will lead commercial agreements, support international transactions and compliance, and maintain legal templates and processes as the company grows.

- Advise business, procurement, operations and R&D teams on legal matters.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with vendors, suppliers and strategic partners.
- Handle end-user certificates, licensing approvals and export-control compliance for international transactions.
- Assist with compliance matters across the organization.
- Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks.
דרישות
- LL.B. from a leading academic institution and license to practice law in Israel.
- 7+ years of experience in a commercial or corporate department at a leading law firm, or as in-house counsel at a global technology company.
- Substantial experience managing legal matters independently from start to finish.
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
