Forward Deployed Engineer

You will work in a small engineering pod embedded with priority customers, building customer-specific AI capabilities and taking them from prototype to stable production. You will also create integrations, evaluation suites, and speech assets, then contribute reusable patterns back to the platform.

  • Build and test versioned AI skills for customer needs.
  • Integrate customer tools, APIs, and MCP servers through the platform gateway.
  • Create evaluation suites with customer-specific scenarios and acceptance cases.
  • Prepare speech assets, including ASR vocabulary lists and TTS pronunciation lexicons.
  • Tune skills using production feedback and contribute reusable patterns to the platform.

דרישות

  • 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing engineering role with production code responsibility.
  • Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent development, RAG pipelines, tool calling, evaluation, and deployment at scale.
  • Ability to write behavioral instructions and code, design test scenarios, and evaluate AI skills.
  • Experience building customer-specific integrations that became reusable, including external APIs, webhooks, or tools.
  • Strong domain learning, discovery, communication, technical scoping, and delivery skills.

יתרון

  • Production experience with MCP servers and agent frameworks.
  • Experience with ASR vocabulary biasing, TTS pronunciation customization, or speech/NLP pipelines.
  • Familiarity with evaluation and observability tools such as DeepEval, Ragas, Langfuse, or Opik.
  • Experience with real-time constraints, multi-tenant platforms, or codifying engineering patterns into playbooks and benchmarks.
