Hardware Technical Program Manager

Lead the full development program for NextSilicon’s chip, from architecture through tapeout, coordinating cross-functional hardware teams. You will manage schedules, risks, operational processes, and delivery requirements across the hardware group.

  • Lead planning, development, and implementation for cross-functional product delivery teams.
  • Manage the hardware roadmap and chip lifecycle from architecture definition to tapeout.
  • Work with Architecture, RTL Design, and Design Verification leads to track coverage, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks.
  • Define operational processes and stage-gate reviews for the hardware group.
  • Monitor projects, report progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support timely delivery.
  • Improve processes and methodologies to address issues and achieve business goals.

דרישות

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of technical program or project management experience on software engineering projects supporting large-scale software and hardware groups.
  • Experience leading the full silicon development lifecycle, from architecture and Design Verification through tapeout.
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile, and tools, ideally Jira.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, communication, and management skills.
