Design, build, and deploy AI agent systems and full-stack product features, from backend services and data pipelines to React interfaces. Work with product, design, and data teams to bring AI capabilities into Connecteam’s customer-facing products.

  • Design and implement agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool integrations.
  • Build scalable agent runtimes and orchestration layers.
  • Develop full-stack features, including backend APIs, data models, and React interfaces.
  • Build and maintain services and pipelines for vector search, embeddings, function calling, and observability.
  • Optimize inference flows for performance and cost, and help ensure systems are secure and reliable.
  • Prototype AI capabilities and use performance and usage metrics to improve products and models.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Python, or Node/Go for backend development.
  • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Docker, or CI/CD.
  • Product-oriented approach focused on building features that work well for users.

יתרון

  • Understanding of LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or custom AI pipelines.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience with observability, feedback loops for AI agents, or AI evaluation techniques.
