Build the shared platform infrastructure behind Kaltura’s agentic AI systems, including orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, memory, integrations, and tracing. The platform will support real-time conversational and offline video-generation systems across multiple customers.

  • Build and maintain agentic orchestration, including planning, sub-agents, and parallel execution.
  • Develop shared platform components such as a skills registry, evaluation harness, guardrails, integration gateway, and memory service.
  • Build retrieval infrastructure and support RAG systems across real-time and offline runtimes.
  • Integrate platform components with real-time systems and validate them under latency constraints.
  • Make build-versus-adopt decisions and create shared infrastructure for internal teams and customers.

דרישות

  • 4+ years building production backend or platform systems, including distributed services, APIs, and async processing.
  • Python as the primary language; experience with high-throughput, low-latency services.
  • Hands-on experience building production LLM infrastructure, including orchestration, tool calling, retrieval pipelines, and multi-agent coordination.
  • Experience building shared platform infrastructure such as registries, gateways, evaluation frameworks, or tracing systems.
  • Deep experience with RAG systems, including indexing, retrieval evaluation, chunking, re-ranking, and hybrid search.
  • Strong systems design skills and familiarity with real-time system constraints.

  • Experience evaluating LLM systems and building test harnesses; familiarity with DeepEval or Ragas.
  • Experience with multi-tenant platforms.
  • Background in speech or multimodal AI pipelines, such as ASR, TTS, avatar rendering, or video generation.
  • Experience with platform observability and tracing; familiarity with Langfuse, Opik, or OpenTelemetry.
