Lead the architecture of NextSilicon’s future chips and guide the group’s system-level architecture and execution. Manage managers and technical leads while staying hands-on with architectural decisions and technical work.

  • Build the group’s technical knowledge base.
  • Coordinate execution with software, architecture, verification, back-end, and other teams.
  • Define execution indicators, track progress, and report it to support prioritization and decisions.
  • Develop system architecture and participate in the leading technical front-end forum.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of digital design experience with complex blocks.
  • 5+ years as a design team leader.
  • Ability to turn requirements into specification documents.
  • Proven record in high-speed and low-power design.
  • Experience with front-end tools and analysis, including CDC, LINT, power, and simulation.

  • Experience in network design or compute.
