Own product areas end to end, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration. Work with users and internal teams to improve an AI platform that helps care teams understand patient needs and take action.

  • Define strategy and roadmaps for assigned product lines.
  • Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Gather requirements through user interviews, feedback sessions, workflow observations, and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Conduct product and market research.
  • Manage projects, deadlines, execution standards, and trade-offs.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Comfort using advanced AI tools such as Claude and Codex for basic data analysis, lightweight automations, simple pull requests, and visual mockups.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to move discussions toward clear decisions and execution.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders.
