Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers from pre-sales through evaluation and handoff. Work with Sales, Product, Research, and the field team to scope and run evaluations, support security reviews, and provide product feedback.

  • Lead technical scoping, including environment topology, access model, exclusions, and success criteria.
  • Plan and run customer evaluations, from access setup and kickoff to monitoring and readout.
  • Provide Tier 1 support during live evaluations and route issues with enough detail for follow-up.
  • Answer technical questions for enterprise security reviews, including architecture, privacy, data handling, and deployment.
  • Deliver technical demos and methodology sessions, and build reusable demo environments, scenarios, playbooks, and scripts.
  • Work with GTM and Product on customer handoffs and product feedback.

דרישות

  • Background in offensive security, such as penetration testing, red teaming, or security research, or applicable field solutions experience.
  • Hands-on experience leading enterprise evaluations or technical proofs of value.
  • Ability to present technical information and explain security methodologies to customer teams.
  • Clear technical writing, including narratives and questionnaire responses.
  • Able to work independently, solve problems, and write code.
