Lead Yotpo’s Data organization and set the technical vision for Data Engineering and Data Infrastructure. Build and operate scalable data platforms while managing a multidisciplinary team and partnering with teams across the company.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, Data Infrastructure, or related technical domains.
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, including direct people management and ownership of strategic technical initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on expertise designing, building, and operating large-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams across Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or related functions.

יתרון

  • Experience using AI, GenAI, LLM-based tools, or AI-assisted development workflows in engineering organizations.
  • Experience leading organizational or operational transformations within data teams.
  • Background in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, dbt, or similar modern data tools.
