Lead one of Optimove’s customer-facing product and technology domains, with end-to-end responsibility for product direction, technology, people, execution, and business outcomes. Lead a multidisciplinary team of 20+ people and drive customer value, product adoption, and reliable delivery.

  • Own the product roadmap and make trade-offs about what to build, improve, or defer.
  • Drive improvements in customer experience, product usage, and impact.
  • Lead engineering execution while maintaining quality, reliability, maintainability, and service health.
  • Own delivery from problem discovery through development, release, adoption, and ongoing operation.
  • Lead Engineering, Product, and Design/UX teams and develop the organization’s structure and ways of working.
  • Manage headcount and cloud and vendor resources, balancing investment, speed, quality, and cost.

דרישות

  • Significant leadership experience in a B2B SaaS product and technology organization, with ownership of a product, platform, or business domain.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to shape product direction, prioritize, and make trade-offs.
  • Technical fluency and engineering judgment, including the ability to engage with engineers and architects on technical constraints and trade-offs.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, or adjacent functions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English.
