You’ll support employees’ day-to-day IT needs, manage onboarding and offboarding, and administer identity, endpoint, and SaaS systems. You’ll also maintain the Tel Aviv office’s IT infrastructure and help improve IT operations as the company grows.

  • Troubleshoot employee hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, permissions, devices, and equipment.
  • Administer identity, access, endpoint, and SaaS platforms, including Okta, Kandji, 1Password, Google Workspace, and CrowdStrike.
  • Support office networking, conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, printers, workstations, and other technology.
  • Improve recurring IT processes through automation, scripting, and AI.

דרישות

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role.
  • Strong experience supporting macOS and administering Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or JumpCloud.
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.

  • Background or experience in information security.
  • Experience with scripting and automation, and an interest in using AI to improve IT operations.
