Senior Domain Operations Lead, Business Applications

You will coordinate planning, delivery, performance tracking, and leadership communication for Payoneer’s Business Application & Ecosystem domain. You will work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to manage dependencies, risks, budgets, and operational improvements.

  • Facilitate quarterly and annual planning and track the domain roadmap from idea to delivery.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and drive them to resolution.
  • Support AI-native ways of working and consistent delivery practices across teams.
  • Own performance metrics and dashboards, and flag emerging trends.
  • Support capacity, budget, and vendor planning; track risks and issues through mitigation.
  • Prepare leadership updates and run leadership meetings, including agendas, decisions, and follow-through.

דרישות

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program and/or project management.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-company programs.
  • Experience building AI tools and workflows to create operational efficiency.
  • Experience with Agile, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
