Lead Payoneer’s Business Operations and Analytics function for the Working Capital business unit, including a team of Business Operations professionals and Business Analysts. Oversee planning, performance management, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional execution.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations & Analytics team.
  • Own business planning, KPI management, governance forums, prioritization, and executive follow-up.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to turn strategy into execution plans.
  • Build processes, dashboards, reporting frameworks, governance routines, and operational playbooks.
  • Lead business analytics and provide actionable insights on performance, customer behavior, portfolio health, and growth.
  • Improve and automate business processes, using AI and modern technologies to increase efficiency and support scalable growth.

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar business leadership role.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience leading business planning, performance management, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, and adopting AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and business planning skills.
