Own the architecture, development, and launch of new products, from initial concept through the first paying design partners. Work with product and client teams to shape technical direction, demonstrate solutions, and address complex technical questions.

- Prepare tailored demos and proofs of concept for potential clients.
- Lead technical deep dives and whiteboarding sessions with client engineering teams.
- Shape technical roadmaps and refine integration specifications with product leads.
- Identify opportunities to automate work and reduce cost and time to market.
- Help the product pod resolve critical bottlenecks and meet deadlines.
דרישות
- At least 8 years of experience as a former CTO or technical co-founder, or as a Principal/Staff Engineer who has shipped complex software systems from scratch.
- Strong hands-on coding and system design skills, with exposure to modern AI approaches such as agentic workflows, red-teaming, or trust and safety infrastructure.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect technical solutions with revenue potential and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills for working with external technical executives, principal engineers, and lab leaders.
- Pragmatic, autonomous working style and ability to build products from 0 to 1.
