Build Noma Security’s Data & AI Lifecycle Security Platform, developing backend services and integrating with AI platforms, cloud providers, and data sources. Work with Product, Research, and Platform teams to make architectural decisions and deliver reliable, scalable systems.

מה תעשו

  • Design, build, and operate scalable backend services using Go, Kubernetes, and Temporal.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions with Product, Research, and Platform teams.
  • Integrate with AI and LLM platforms, cloud providers, and data sources.
  • Own architectural decisions, balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Implement practices for code quality, testing, observability, and production readiness.
  • Debug production issues and improve system resilience.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of backend development experience.
  • Experience developing backend components end to end, from research and design through rollout and monitoring.
  • Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability tradeoffs.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to align technical decisions with product and business impact.

יתרון

  • Leadership experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
  • Background in security, cloud security, or data protection.
  • Experience with startups, workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal, AI/ML/LLM platforms, or internal developer infrastructure.
