Lead a team of full-stack engineers and build production-grade AI agents and experiences for the Cyera platform. Work with product, design, and engineering teams to help customers understand security and data environments and act on insights.

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.
  • Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents, including workflows, tool integrations, orchestration, memory, and safe execution.
  • Build systems that extract insights from large-scale datasets and deliver them through AI, APIs, and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to shape product direction and integrate AI capabilities.
  • Improve performance, reliability, developer productivity, and the quality of AI systems.
  • Deliver customer value while maintaining a high engineering bar.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend framework.
  • Backend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and drive architectural decisions.

  • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications, including agent frameworks, tool use, orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, memory, guardrails, or evaluation.
