Own Elastic Security’s XDR strategy and delivery, including the expansion into exposure and vulnerability management. Work with Product, Engineering, Security Labs, and senior customers to set the roadmap and improve detection, response, and exposure prioritization.

  • Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
  • Lead the expansion into exposure and vulnerability management, including patch management, device control, host firewall management, and remediation workflows.
  • Define how exposure and adjacent attack surface and cloud posture signals support XDR prioritization.
  • Partner with Entity Analytics, Engineering, and Security Labs on asset context, requirements, detection, and exposure scoring.
  • Represent the product with senior customer stakeholders and set roadmap direction.
  • Track the competitive landscape and create roadmaps, decision memos, and competitive briefs.

  • 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software.
  • Experience owning a product area and leading products from strategy through shipped and iterated outcomes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, or security operations.
  • Understanding of exposure prioritization, security analytics, and the current cyber threat landscape.
  • Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success and communicate with senior customer stakeholders.

  • Practitioner experience as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
  • Familiarity with AI security and how AI, ML, and agentic systems are attacked and defended.
