Build AI-powered products and internal tools used across DriveNets, and help engineering teams adopt AI development tools. Develop practical proof-of-concept projects, guidance, and training for AI-assisted development.

  • Develop internal AI-powered products and tools for teams across DriveNets.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and roll out AI-powered development tools across engineering teams.
  • Build proof-of-concept projects and internal tooling for AI in real workflows.
  • Develop best practices, prompt engineering guidelines, and training materials for AI-assisted development.
  • Track AI tooling and advise leadership on strategic adoption.
  • Work hands-on with AI development tools and shape how the company uses them.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, graduated with Honors.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding assistants and agentic development tools, meaningfully integrated into your workflow.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and influence adoption across teams with varying levels of AI experience.
  • Submit an AI project presentation based on a project built using Claude Code during the initial recruitment stages.
