You will lead Similarweb’s corporate development strategy and manage acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships from sourcing through closing and integration. You will advise senior leaders on growth decisions and help apply AI to M&A processes.

  • Own the end-to-end M&A and corporate development strategy across B2B and B2C.
  • Define acquisition and inorganic growth priorities, including target companies and strategic gaps.
  • Advise the CEO, CFO, and CBO on build, buy, or partner decisions.
  • Build a pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership targets and lead deals from sourcing through closing.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams and manage the handoff from due diligence to post-merger integration.
  • Build and mentor the corporate development function.

דרישות

  • 8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting, including meaningful experience in technology, SaaS, or data and analytics.
  • Track record of leading deals from origination through closing and integration.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
