Finance Operations Director

You will connect company-wide financial planning, business performance, long-term modeling, pricing, KPIs, and cash flow. You will support executive decisions and improve finance systems, reporting, and planning processes.

  • Own and maintain the company’s long-term financial model and lead scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze financial results, revenue performance, SaaS metrics, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, recommendations, and materials for Board and investor processes.
  • Lead pricing, costing, deal profitability, and commercial analyses.
  • Improve financial systems, planning tools, data flows, reporting, and finance processes.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, commercial finance, investor relations, investment banking, consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience building or supporting complex long-term financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience working with IT, Data/BI teams, and external implementation partners.
