Build and deploy automation workflows and AI tools that connect Eleos Health’s go-to-market and operations systems. The role also covers workflow adoption, performance monitoring, and improving processes based on user feedback and operational impact.

  • Map processes and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work across GTM and operations.
  • Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools for daily operations.
  • Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack.
  • Create frameworks and best practices for workflow governance and performance tracking.
  • Monitor workflow performance and improve solutions based on user feedback and operational impact.
  • Lead solution deployment from discovery through adoption, including team enablement.

דרישות

  • Hands-on experience building production workflows with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Workato.
  • Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to operational workflows, including at least one deployed example.
  • A structured approach to breaking down and designing workflows before building them.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role.

  • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems.
  • Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement.
