Join VAST Data’s security team to lead offensive security work, build security automation, and manage cloud and infrastructure risks. You will test the company’s architecture, investigate security flaws, and drive findings through remediation and verification.

  • Conduct penetration tests across the architecture, including Web APIs and S3 protocols.
  • Analyze network and application protocols to identify security flaws.
  • Build internal security tools and automate workflows using AI agents.
  • Monitor cloud security posture and containerized environments with CNAPP tools.
  • Run SAST and DAST scans and manage findings through remediation and validation.
  • Manage security Jira tickets and SBOMs across their lifecycle.

דרישות

  • Solid background in penetration testing across APIs, microservices, cloud storage protocols, and distributed network architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of network and storage protocols, with the ability to identify implementation flaws.
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI agents and prompt engineering for security automation and research.

יתרון

  • Familiarity with C/C++ source code.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with SAST/DAST, Docker/Kubernetes security, OS hardening, or secure code review.
