Lead complex, cross-functional programs across R&D, Product, and GTM, and help shape AppsFlyer’s program management practices. You will drive planning, execution, metrics, and adoption of AI and automation workflows across the unit.

  • Facilitate PR&D strategy and methodology definition as part of unit leadership.
  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Help shape and align software delivery processes through the program management guild.
  • Define and implement unit metrics and KPIs.
  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies and track progress.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning and QPR processes, and drive adoption of AI and automation in program management workflows.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of program management experience in engineering and product environments for SaaS products.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects through the complete product cycle in large organizations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, program management methodologies, JIRA, and the Atlassian stack.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve planning, reporting, or documentation.
  • Basic understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines, and ability to prototype solutions or build lightweight dashboards.

  • Experience introducing or scaling AI-powered tools or workflows within an R&D Product organization.
  • JIRA administration experience.
  • Software engineering experience.
