Design and implement business solutions on the Salesforce platform, from business analysis and system configuration through implementation and user adoption. Support users, troubleshoot issues, and document system analysis and functional specifications.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and security configurations.
- Strong knowledge of either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end.
יתרון
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.
