Lead a small FP&A team and partner with Product and R&D leaders on financial planning and business decisions. Own the financial view of Product business units, explain performance and its drivers, and help management assess risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.

  • Partner with Product and R&D leaders and build a deep understanding of their P&L and business drivers.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for Product business units.
  • Monitor performance against plan, conduct variance analysis, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Turn financial data into clear insights and a business narrative for management.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of finance experience, including hands-on FP&A work.
  • 2+ years of finance team management, preferably leading an FP&A team.
  • Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Business partnering skills and ability to influence decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluent English, written and spoken.
