Lead end-to-end projects for a core billing system, including its migration to Oracle APEX and modernization initiatives. Work with vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, oversee delivery, and coordinate testing and implementation.

- 3+ years of experience managing projects in complex business information systems environments.
- Experience working with software vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process definition.
- Experience leading testing, implementation, production releases, project planning, and risk management.
- Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

- Experience in large-scale enterprises, global organizations, or consulting and project delivery companies.
- Experience leading migration, transformation, or modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX or other Enterprise Low-Code platforms.
- Experience with Billing, CRM, or ERP systems; system integrations; databases, BI tools, or reporting platforms.
