Commission Analyst

You’ll translate sales compensation plans into technical payout logic and work with analysts to ensure commission calculations are accurate and on time. You’ll also validate data, build reports, and improve commission processes and controls.

  • Translate compensation plan rules, exceptions, and edge cases into implementable logic.
  • Work with analysts on commission calculations and payouts.
  • Sync source data, generate reports, and process account and contract changes.
  • Validate data and QA calculations and payroll files before sign-off.
  • Build dashboards and reports on payout trends, attainment, and exceptions.
  • Improve processes and controls, and maintain AI-augmented economic models.

דרישות

  • 3+ years in commission processing, finance operations, or revenue operations.
  • Prior exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan administration.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Athena or BigQuery.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.
  • Strong communication skills with business and technical audiences.

יתרון

  • Experience specifying or QAing a commission or payout calculation engine.
  • Understanding of SaaS models and ARR mechanics.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or another CRM.
  • Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling; or experience implementing AI/ML tools in finance.
