Lead a hands-on engineering team building the AI module for Dream’s cyber-AI product, including backend services, frontend logic, and AI agents for SOC workflows. Work with AI research, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems and guide the team’s technical roadmap.

  • Mentor engineers and support the team’s growth.
  • Develop agentic and conversational architecture for LLM-powered interactions and workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI research, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
  • Define and drive the technical roadmap, with a focus on scalability, developer productivity, and iteration.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years leading and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong backend development experience with Go, Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or TypeScript.
  • Experience working with or integrating AI systems, LLMs, or agent-based architectures.
