Own Wiliot’s legal function as its first in-house lawyer, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Focus on commercial agreements while supporting corporate, privacy, compliance, and other legal matters across the global business.

- Draft, negotiate, and close customer-facing commercial agreements.
- Lead negotiations with enterprise customers, including large US accounts.
- Own NDAs, DPAs, and data-related contract terms.
- Build and maintain templates, negotiation playbooks, approval matrices, and contract processes.
- Support corporate, privacy, IP, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Manage outside counsel, disputes, and pre-litigation matters.
דרישות
- Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in commercial or technology transactions at a global company or leading law firm.
- Current experience negotiating enterprise agreements with large US customers.
- Strong command of SaaS, data, and cloud contracting, including data protection and information security issues.
- Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
- Able to work regularly with US time zones.

- In-house experience at a venture-backed technology company.
- Experience with hardware, IoT, semiconductors, or supply chain technology.
- Familiarity with US commercial law; admission in a US jurisdiction.
- Experience building a legal function or supporting financing, M&A, or corporate governance.
