You will analyze and improve signal integrity for high-speed interfaces, including Ethernet, PCIe, and DDR5. You will develop models and guidelines, validate designs, and work with hardware and PCB layout teams.

  • Analyze and simulate signal integrity for high-speed interfaces, including 112Gbps Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, and DDR5.
  • Develop signal integrity guidelines for PCB design and low-loss signal paths.
  • Analyze and resolve reflection, crosstalk, and power delivery network issues.
  • Perform time-domain and frequency-domain analysis, including loss, jitter, and eye-diagram analysis.
  • Use EDA tools such as Ansys SIWAVE and HFSS for simulation and validation.
  • Conduct pre- and post-layout simulations and measurements for high-speed interfaces.

דרישות

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic concepts and transmission line theory.
  • Experience with signal integrity analysis for high-speed serial interfaces, including Ethernet, PCIe, and DDR5.
  • Proficiency with Ansys SIWAVE, HFSS, or similar tools; HSPICE simulations and model development; and high-speed PCB layout techniques.

  • Experience with 112Gbps PAM4 Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, and DDR5.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-speed PCB design and layout principles.
  • Familiarity with power integrity and power noise simulations.
  • Experience with advanced simulation tools and techniques.
