Partner with the CISO to shape Lendbuzz’s security strategy and lead its execution, including day-to-day security operations, governance, and risk management. Work across business and technical teams to meet security, regulatory, audit, and customer needs.

  • Partner with the CISO on security strategy and roadmap, and lead key initiatives.
  • Manage security priorities, planning, tracking, metrics, and follow-through.
  • Translate business objectives into security programs and controls.
  • Work with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams on security priorities.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and customer security requirements.
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve security effectiveness.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of experience in Information Security, Cyber-security, or Security Engineering.
  • Experience leading security programs or initiatives in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
  • Experience across security engineering, security operations, cloud security, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance.
  • Experience securing cloud-native environments using AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
  • Fluent English and experience working with global teams and international stakeholders.

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience leading AI security or security automation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Wiz, Okta, SIEM, or identity solutions.
  • CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or equivalent certification.
