Lead product strategy and execution across Papaya’s mobile games and gaming platform, connecting business goals, player needs, and technical work. Manage product, design, and game design teams while working with company leadership and cross-functional partners to improve player experiences and business results.

  • Translate company vision into product strategy and prioritize investments across the product portfolio.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor product managers, designers, and game design professionals.
  • Work with the CEO and executive leadership to shape company strategy and product direction.
  • Partner with business, marketing, customer success, engineering, data, and game teams.
  • Define and track product metrics, including LTV, CAC payback, retention, and adoption.
  • Evaluate the business value of product and engineering investments.

דרישות

  • At least 10 years of product management experience, including experience in gaming and mobile apps.
  • Experience launching and scaling platform-level products in gaming or entertainment.
  • Experience leading product teams of approximately 15 people, including managing managers, hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams.
  • Experience with monetization strategies, matchmaking, social features, and live operations.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering teams on complex architectures.
