Manage domestic and international shipments and logistics transactions, working with internal teams and external logistics partners. Help resolve shipping issues, maintain accurate records, and improve logistics processes as the company grows.

- Manage logistics transactions and shipping orders in the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers and manufacturing partners.
- Resolve transportation and logistics issues, and maintain accurate documentation and data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Support logistics process improvement and help scale operations.
דרישות
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
יתרון
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs processes.
- A degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
