You will lead strategic initiatives connecting Port’s product organization with its go-to-market teams, building processes, tools, content, and enablement from the ground up. You will work with customers, prospects, and internal teams to address company priorities and move initiatives from definition through execution and handover.

  • Own strategic initiatives from definition through execution and handover.
  • Build product demos and technical assets on the Port platform.
  • Partner with marketing to produce content about Port’s market positioning.
  • Meet with customers and prospects to gather feedback and validate direction.
  • Conduct market research and represent Port at industry events.
  • Design and establish internal processes, programs, and tooling.

דרישות

  • At least 4 years of experience in engineering or technical customer-facing roles, with hands-on technical ability.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents, including prompting, building automations, and working with agentic workflows.
  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable running meetings and demos for technical and executive audiences.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken.

  • Experience with developer tools, platform engineering, or DevOps concepts.
  • Experience in sales engineering, product marketing, or technical go-to-market roles.
