In-direct Procurement Specialist

Lead global indirect procurement categories, including Facilities, Marketing, Info Sys, Service Providers, and HR. Work with teams and suppliers on sourcing, contracts, vendor relationships, and cost reduction.

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
  • Research supply markets and provide category intelligence and benchmarks.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage complex legal contracts.
  • Work with global teams to understand needs and lead procurement initiatives.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and support budget and profitability goals.
  • Review, renew, and monitor supplier contracts and performance.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in indirect procurement.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with budget tracking, cost reduction, and cost avoidance.
  • Experience in sourcing, market research, and long-term supplier management.
  • Experience executing complex legal agreements and working with global departments.

יתרון

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, BI tools, and ERP systems; NetSuite is an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, technology, industrial engineering, supply chain management, law, or a related field.
