Lead Gong’s Israel-based DevSecOps team and own the security posture of its multi-cloud infrastructure. Set the cloud security roadmap and work with Product Security, R&D, and Cloud Engineering to build security into the platform by default.

  • Lead and develop the DevOps and DevSecOps engineering team.
  • Define the cloud security roadmap, priorities, and quarterly plans.
  • Own security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including identity governance and vulnerability management.
  • Embed security controls into the cloud platform and developer toolchain, including CI/CD and software supply chain security.
  • Replace manual security controls with scalable security-as-code automation.
  • Partner with Product Security, R&D, and Cloud Engineering on cloud security standards and practices.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of experience leading a DevSecOps, DevOps, platform, or cloud security team.
  • At least 7 years of experience in DevOps and cloud security.
  • Deep experience with AWS security services and controls, and experience across Azure and GCP.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes security, including RBAC, pod security, network policies, and runtime tooling.
  • Experience securing GitHub organizations and CI/CD pipelines, and using infrastructure as code such as Terraform or equivalent.

  • Experience supporting SOC 2, GDPR, or ISO 27001 compliance programs.
  • Security certifications such as CKS, CISSP, or CISM.
  • Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Argo Workflows.
