Manage Similarweb’s global equity plan and coordinate equity-related work across Finance, Legal, and HR. The role also covers reporting, tax, compliance, employee training, and other Finance responsibilities.

- Administer the company’s equity plans, including grants, vestings, exercises, ESPP, and employee mobility.
- Maintain the equity database and manage the relationship with the third-party stock plan administrator.
- Oversee tax withholding, payroll reporting, and fund disbursements after exercises and releases.
- Perform month-end closing and support public reporting under ASC 718.
- Manage equity-related tax matters across jurisdictions and oversee statutory compliance, SOX controls, and blackout periods.
- Train employees on equity-related topics and support other Finance responsibilities.
דרישות
- 3+ years of experience in equity management and related areas.
- Strong knowledge of equity-related processes and Finance, Legal, and HR aspects.
- Experience with global equity administration tools.
- Excellent English.
- Experience using Excel with large databases.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Law, or equivalent.
- Experience working at a high-tech company.
- Experience with AI tools for Equity and Finance.
