Design and develop algorithms for detecting financial crime, translating mathematical research into scalable production systems. Build and improve AI and machine-learning solutions, including LLM-based systems, in collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts.

  • Translate mathematical models and research concepts into scalable production systems.
  • Build and optimize ML and LLM-based solutions for deployment.
  • Develop solutions using RAG, embedding models, vector databases, and generative AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Improve model accuracy, robustness, explainability, and inference efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to bring research into production.

דרישות

  • MSc or PhD in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in algorithm development, quantitative research, or advanced AI/ML roles.
  • Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, stochastic processes, optimization, numerical methods, and statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and building, fine-tuning, optimizing, or deploying LLMs.
  • Expert-level Python skills, including NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.

יתרון

  • Background in signal processing, dynamical systems, or computational physics.
  • Experience with graph algorithms, anomaly detection, risk modeling, or information retrieval.
  • Experience with model optimization, quantization, or distillation.
  • Publication record in a relevant field.
