Own production operations for Wiliot’s application and platform layers across AWS and GCP, including deployments, scaling, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and incident management. Help maintain reliable services and improve cloud cost visibility and performance.

  • Oversee production operations, including deployments, maintenance, scaling, high availability, and enhancements across AWS and GCP.
  • Operate Kubernetes at scale across AWS EKS and GCP GKE.
  • Manage infrastructure as code.
  • Participate in on-call and lead or participate in incident management, including triage, mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Own deployment tooling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across compute, networking, and data layers.
  • Contribute to cost visibility and FinOps practices across cloud providers.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience running production systems.
  • Strong AWS experience; GCP experience is a plus.
  • Production Kubernetes experience, including networking, autoscaling, and resource management.
  • Daily Terraform use, including modules and state; experience with Terragrunt or Pulumi is also listed.
  • Experience with Helm, GitOps with ArgoCD, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and pipeline-as-code.
  • Solid Linux and networking knowledge, including DNS, TLS, load balancing, and VPC/routing.
  • Experience with Prometheus/Cortex, Grafana, Loki, or equivalents.
  • Scripting in Python, Go, or Bash, and ability to read application code.
  • Clear written English and experience in a distributed, global team.

  • Kafka, MQTT, or similar messaging at scale.
  • Data platform experience with Databricks or Spark.
  • FinOps experience, including cost allocation and unit economics.
  • Cloud security and compliance experience, including SOC 2, CIS, or CSPM.
  • Effective use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
