You will lead Trust & Safety content moderation operations and drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement. You will coordinate with product, engineering, data, policy and external vendors to improve moderation workflows, tools and operational capabilities.

  • Lead Trust & Safety operational initiatives from definition through execution, rollout and measurement.
  • Coordinate moderation technology and vendor integrations with Product, Engineering, Data, Policy, Legal and other stakeholders.
  • Translate Trust & Safety problems and policy requirements into workflows, enforcement logic and tooling requirements.
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and emerging abuse trends, and propose solutions.
  • Build and improve workflows across automated moderation and human review.
  • Manage vendor relationships, performance, escalations and ongoing optimization.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fraud operations, content moderation, platform operations or another complex operational environment.
  • Experience independently leading large or cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans with clear decisions, owners and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including influencing Product, Engineering, Data and business teams.
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to make decisions and measure operational impact.

  • Experience implementing or managing third-party Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud or risk technology.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered moderation, detection or enforcement systems.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, dashboards or experimentation.
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or UGC-heavy platform.
