Own the commercial relationship and performance of hardware suppliers and EMS subcontractors supporting end-to-end manufacturing. Work with R&D, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain to manage supplier strategy, costs, performance, and manufacturing execution.

- Manage commercial relationships with EMS subcontractors and hardware suppliers, including pricing, contracts, and governance.
- Lead EMS supplier strategy, selection, and commercial engagement across PCBA, system integration, and build-to-print scope.
- Drive cost optimization, pricing models, and total cost of ownership across EMS and hardware categories.
- Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, operational KPIs, and service levels.
- Support production ramp-up and resolve supply, capacity, and execution issues.
- Lead escalations and risk mitigation, and coordinate manufacturing readiness with R&D, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain.
דרישות
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supplier management.
- Proven experience working with EMS providers and hardware manufacturing environments.
- Experience sourcing and managing suppliers for electronic hardware components, with knowledge of global component supplier networks.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, cost analysis, and commercial modeling skills.
- Understanding of EMS operations, PCBA manufacturing, hardware procurement, and the hardware and EMS supply chain lifecycle.

- Experience with AI tools or data-driven procurement solutions.
- High proficiency in MS 365 data analytics, including Excel and Power BI.
