Lead multiple data engineering teams responsible for the strategy, architecture, and operation of a large-scale, multi-tenant cybersecurity data platform. Build reliable data infrastructure and pipelines, and work with business and product teams to provide analytics and AI-assisted insights.

  • Manage and mentor engineering managers and technical leads, and align platform strategy with company goals and cross-functional partners
  • Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines and platform infrastructure, including ETL and ELT flows across databases, APIs, event streams, business systems, and data lakes
  • Oversee platform reliability, cost optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and observability
  • Build scalable data solutions for internal teams and external, user-facing products
  • Partner with business, product, and support teams to turn data needs into self-serve analytics and AI-assisted insights

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and ETL/ELT pipeline orchestration
  • Mastery of distributed systems, cloud data architecture, and orchestration frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data to business leaders
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies

  • Experience with modern query engines such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Trino, or Spark
  • Experience in security or cybersecurity data
