Own the advertiser experience across Realize, Taboola’s performance advertising platform, including its core product, ABBY AI assistant, and public MCP server. Lead product direction and work with cross-functional teams to improve advertiser onboarding, campaign management, activation, and retention.

  • Own the end-to-end advertiser journey, from onboarding and campaign creation to reporting and in-product guidance.
  • Define the capabilities and role of ABBY, Taboola’s AI assistant.
  • Shape how advertisers and AI agents use Realize through its public MCP server.
  • Improve activation, feature adoption, retention, and incremental spend through A/B tests and iteration.
  • Use AI tools for product research, prototyping, analysis, and specifications.
  • Align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around product direction and outcomes.

דרישות

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping consumer products used by millions.
  • Experience owning product outcomes such as activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience leading the UX of a high-traffic product, including reviewing flows and prototyping ideas.
  • Fluency in product analytics and A/B testing, and ability to use findings to guide decisions.
  • Experience owning a product domain end to end, including vision, roadmap, cross-functional alignment, and measurable outcomes.

  • Experience mentoring or managing product managers.
  • Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, self-serve ad platforms, or products for SMB advertisers.
  • Experience shipping LLM-based assistants, copilots, or agents; familiarity with MCP or other agent protocols.
  • Experience with self-serve SaaS growth, design, front-end development, user research, or two-sided marketplace platforms.
