Build and ship AI detection models that identify malicious behavior and security risks in enterprise AI workflows. Work with security researchers to turn threat intelligence into detection capabilities and evaluate their performance in production.

  • Choose suitable methods, including traditional ML, deep learning, fine-tuned LLMs, agents, or heuristics.
  • Work with security researchers to turn research and domain expertise into detection capabilities.
  • Design benchmarks, build labeled datasets, and define production standards.
  • Monitor production models for degradation and reliability.
  • Improve models using feedback on performance and product outcomes.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of hands-on machine learning and deep learning experience, including shipping, debugging, and diagnosing production models.
  • Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, or equivalent.
  • Ability to define evaluation criteria for models before and after deployment.

  • Background in security, trust and safety, or content moderation.
