Lead NiCE’s quality engineering organization, including AI-driven quality initiatives, automation infrastructure, and performance engineering. Build and mentor engineering teams and integrate quality validation throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Build and lead teams of automation engineers, performance engineers, and architects.
  • Set technical direction, OKRs, and career ladders for the quality engineering organization.
  • Partner with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership.

דרישות

  • 12+ years in software engineering or QA, including 5+ years in engineering leadership at Director level or senior Staff+ with direct reports.
  • Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience leading performance engineering at scale, including 10,000+ concurrent users and distributed systems.
  • Experience shipping or operating AI/ML systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Java, and modern CI/CD tooling.

יתרון

  • Enterprise software experience, such as SaaS, CCaaS, fintech, or other high-uptime or regulated environments.
  • Experience evaluating or integrating AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Familiarity with observability and APM tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
