Lead Connecteam’s internal design studio and team, delivering creative assets across the brand, marketing, websites, and product launches. Set visual direction and build workflows that support high-volume production and use of generative AI.

  • Lead and develop a team of designers, a copywriter, and an animator.
  • Set visual direction and guide creative work from planning through execution.
  • Own brand design across websites, landing pages, events, films, social, presentations, and employer brand.
  • Build briefing, review, and asset-management workflows for the design studio.
  • Integrate generative AI tools into the team’s production workflow.
  • Translate business briefs into creative work in partnership with teams across the company.

  • 5+ years leading a creative design team in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Hands-on design leadership, including guiding visual direction and improving creative work.
  • Experience mentoring designers and building team workflows.
  • Ability to connect creative work to business goals and turn insights into ideas.
  • Ability to partner with product marketing, growth, HR, and other teams.
