Lead and grow the Data Science group responsible for Alice’s AI models, real-time inference, GenAI safety systems, and data platform. Set technical direction and oversee delivery, quality, and team development across these systems.

  • Set technical direction and standards, and turn company and product goals into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Own the quality, reliability, and delivery of systems across parallel workstreams.
  • Review designs, unblock the team, and drive testing, observability, CI/CD, on-call, cost, and latency practices.
  • Partner with Product, Platform, and GenAI-safety stakeholders.

דרישות

  • Proven people manager of engineering or data-science teams, or a strong tech lead ready for formal management.
  • Strong production Python and software-engineering background, with ML and data-science foundations.
  • Experience running services at scale on AWS and Kubernetes, and large-scale data on Spark/PySpark and a lakehouse such as Databricks or an equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Daily fluency with an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

יתרון

  • Production experience with LLMs or GenAI, including prompting, evaluation, guardrails, red-teaming, or agentic systems.
  • Experience with NVIDIA Triton or similar model serving, and the MLflow / Unity Catalog lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Rust and Python/Rust interop using PyO3 or maturin.
  • Experience with GenAI safety, security, content moderation, Kafka, SQS, or Terraform.
