Lead a multidisciplinary engineering group spanning AIgo, full-stack, AIOps, QA, and data, with responsibility for delivery, people, and business outcomes. Partner with product and engineering leadership to set priorities, guide technical decisions, and connect the team’s work to customer outcomes.

  • Own engineering group delivery, including planning, prioritization, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Manage engineers and the Product Owner, and support their growth through regular 1:1s and feedback.
  • Drive accountability, surface blockers early, and maintain quality.
  • Provide technical guidance with Principal Architects and senior engineers.
  • Connect the group’s work to business outcomes and participate in roadmap, resourcing, and strategy discussions.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience managing managers.
  • Track record leading multidisciplinary teams in a product-led environment.
  • Strong foundations in distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and production software.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
