Senior Finance Systems & AI Implementation Manager

Lead Finance systems and process improvements, with hands-on responsibility for NetSuite implementation and AI-based automation. Work with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver secure, controlled solutions that improve accuracy and reduce manual work.

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
  • Analyze Finance processes and design scalable system solutions and automation.
  • Lead implementation projects from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Configure NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, roles, and approval processes.
  • Implement AI-enabled Finance workflows and establish validation, access, and control mechanisms.
  • Coordinate Finance system integrations and develop dashboards and self-service reporting.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience implementing or improving Finance systems and processes.
  • Strong hands-on NetSuite implementation and configuration experience.
  • Experience translating accounting and Finance requirements into working system solutions.
  • Experience leading implementation projects end-to-end, including testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and training.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Understanding of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and secure access to enterprise data.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, or SuiteScript.
  • Experience with inventory accounting, intercompany processes, or multi-subsidiary ERP environments.
