Lead Gong’s platform security engineering and define security strategy across application, cloud, and platform layers. Build secure-by-default systems and practices that protect Gong’s cloud infrastructure and AI products while supporting developer productivity.

  • Lead AI security strategy and governance for platform products and internal engineering use.
  • Own vulnerability management and the external Bug Bounty program.
  • Strengthen security across Kubernetes, containers, IAM, and Zero Trust architectures.

דרישות

  • 10+ years in Security or Software Engineering, with experience scaling departments in high-growth R&D environments.
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Crossplane), and platform security.
  • Experience with secure coding in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Track record of building security programs from the ground up.
